3. Non-Refundable Transactions

4. Refund Process

• Date and time of the transaction
• Issue description
4.2. Verification: We will verify the transaction details and investigate the issue with the concerned telecom operator or service provider.
4.3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Users must ensure that all transaction details (e.g., mobile number, DTH ID, and operator) are accurate before completing the payment.
5.2. Any errors in the details provided by the user are their sole responsibility and not eligible for refunds.
6. Cancellation Requests
6.1. As recharges are processed in real-time, cancellation of a successful transaction is not possible.
6.2. In cases of duplicate transactions, users may contact us for a resolution.
